Labelling Process
Feed bottles on conveyor or using botte turntable. The Space Creator creates a proper gap between two bottle, when the container moves on the Conveyor.

Belt / Feed screw orientation system orients the bottles to right postion. The Top stabilizing belt will hold under the top stabilizing belt and travel to the labeling station. This Bottle Orienter also creates the proper gap between two bottles.
Product sensor checks the presence of bottle at labeling station and when the bottle is present below the labeling station the PLC gives command to Label Dispenser to dispense the label.The Optical scanner of Label dispenser unit which is most necessary to apply accurately and precisely label on bottle.

The Pressing brush / Pressing Roller presses the bottle at appropriate pressure and the label is stick accurately on the Bottel.
Then the bottle moves to the next processing.

Please supply your products and label size (picture of labeled samples is rather helpful), then suitable labeling solution will be suggested accordingly.
Our Instllation team will Installation & Commissioning of the machine and provide complete technical training to the operating staff. If customer have problem after installation, Our After-sales Dept will guide to solve it on call and if probelm still not resolve then our sales team arrange the service visit and resolve it.
All the Fully automatic labeling systems can be integrated into production lines and packaging lines. These are usually connected to other systems and machines in the line via a conveyor belt. - both hardware and software.
Online Thermal Inkjet (TIJ), Continous Inkjet (CIJ) Thermal Transfer Over printing (TTO), Hot Foil Printer, Rubber Sterio Printet can be Interated with the labeing machine for Batch Code/ Barcode / Barcode printing.
