Labelling Process
Feed Jar on conveyor or using automatic botte turntable. The Space Creator creates a proper gap between two Jars, when the container moves on the Conveyor.

Product sensor checks the presence of Jar at labeling station and when the bottle is present below the labeling station the PLC gives command to Label Dispenser to dispense the label, meanwhile The Pressing belt presses the Jar at appropriate pressure and the label is stuck accurately on the container.
The Pressing belt presses the container at appropriate pressure and the label is stuck accurately on the container. The machine is able to label up to 50 / 100 containers per minute depending on products and label size.

Then the bottle goes to the next processing.

2) The designer will follow the processing department to ensure each mechanical parts are processed correctly and timely.
3) After all parts done,designer transfer responsibility to the Assembly Dept,which need to assemble the equipment on time.
4) Responsibility transferred to Adjustment Dept with the assembled machine.Sales will check the progress and feedback to customer.
5) After customer’s video checking/factory inspection,sales will arrange the delivery.
6) If customer have problem during application,Sales will ask the After-sales Dept to solve it together.
