The SVTBL100/200/300 series model is suitable for labeling on Top/ Bottom sides of Pouch, Cap, Carton, boxes,or small containers of various sizes.The SVTBL sereise machine is specially designed for surface labeling operations with versatility and ease of use.The machine integrates a state-of-the-art, sophisticated PLC Based label dispensing system with a user-friendly sensor system for labels and products.
The Solitary Advance Technology Label Dispensing System is synchronize with all labeling components so speed can be adjusted at one point to maintain accurate labeling in sync with the entire line during the start, stop and deceleration phases. It can be integrated into an assembly line or other packaging line to achieve high efficiency.

Labelling Process
Feed container on conveyor or using automatic stacker system. The Conveyor moves very smoothly to convey the container and The stacker system creates a proper gap between two containers, when the container moves on the Conveyor.

Product sensor checks the presence of the container at the labeling station and when the container is present below the labeling station, the PLC gives command to the Label Dispenser to dispense the label. The Pressing rollers press the container at appropriate pressure and the label is stuck accurately on the container.
Then the container goes to the next processing.

1) When you confirm order,the design department will send the final design for your confirmation before production.
2) The designer will follow the processing department to ensure each mechanical parts are processed correctly and timely.
3) After all parts done,designer transfer responsibility to the Assembly Dept,which need to assemble the equipment on time.
4) Responsibility transferred to Adjustment Dept with the assembled machine.Sales will check the progress and feedback to customer.
5) After customer’s video checking/factory inspection,sales will arrange the delivery.
6) If customer have problem during application,Sales will ask the After-sales Dept to solve it together.
