SVTEL 100/200/300 is a high performance machine with accurate and automatic labeling on both sides of the carton, ensuring that the secure box comes out of the machine sealed with a unique identity. A wide range of carton sizes can be handled at high speeds with 30 to 300 cartons per minute. The track and trace feature will aid the cartons to be traced at any point during the increasingly complex world-wide supply chain for pharmaceutical products.This dynemic system is the same as the standard accutrak front and back labeling system. The base has been modified to allow various applicator mounting arrangements, folding tools. Many options are available on this machine, including alarm packages, inspection and verification devices.

Labelling Process
Feed carton/box on conveyor or using automatic carton stacker. The Conveyor moves very smoothly to convey the carton and The stacker creates a proper gap between two containers, when the container moves on the Conveyor.

The Top stabilizing belt will hold the carton/box under the top stabilizing belt and travel to the labeling station.
Product sensor checks the presence of carton/box at labeling station and when the carton/box is present below the labeling station, the PLC gives command to the Label Dispenser to dispense the label. The Pressing rollers press the carton/box at appropriate pressure and the label is stuck accurately on the carton/box.

Then the bottle goes to the next processing.

3) After all parts done,designer transfer responsibility to the Assembly Dept,which need to assemble the equipment on time.
4) Responsibility transferred to Adjustment Dept with the assembled machine.Sales will check the progress and feedback to customer.
5) After customer’s video checking/factory inspection,sales will arrange the delivery.
6) If customer have problem during application,Sales will ask the After-sales Dept to solve it together.
