The Automatic Dual Head Sleeve Labeling Machine has two synchronised heads and can operate as a single head or as a dual head multipurpose machine capable of applying sleeve labels on a wide range of round, square, rectangular, oval bottles made of plastic, glass, aluminium and metal. The double head sleeve labeling machine integrates a state-of-the-art, sophisticated PLC Based label dispensing system with a user-friendly sensor system for labels and products.
Dual head sleeve applicator machines are Dynamic marking systems help increase productivity for multiple labeling applications in one system. This double head sleeve label machine is suitable for labeling of larger size (5-15 ltr) containers, cans, tins also. The system thus helps avoid machine downtime, saving valuable time and increasing productivity as well as reduce the labor cost and equipment footprint.
The dual head sleeve labeler is an ideal labeling machine for manufacturers serving the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, Beverages, cosmetic, Brewery, dairy, Home care products and food markets as well as contract packagers. Labelling Process
Feed bottles on conveyor or using automatic botte turntable. The Conveyor convey the bottles very smoothly. The Space Creator Feed Screw creates a proper gap between two bottles, when the bottle moves on the Conveyor. Bottle Orienter belt orient the bottle in the right position for sleeving.

When the bottle presents below the 1st Sleeving Station Unit, Product sensor checks the presence of the bottle and the PLC gives command to the 1st Sleeve Dispenser Unit for dispense the sleeve. 1st Rotary cutter unit cut the sleeve at proper position with help of sleeve scanner. The sleeve pusher unit inserts the cut sleeve onto the bottle white bottle was continuously moved on the conveyor.
1st Unit Motorised Hair brush system settle down sleeve at desired position.

When the bottle presents below the 2nd Sleeving Station Unit, Product sensor checks the presence of the bottle and the PLC gives command to the 2nd Sleeve Dispenser Unit for dispense the sleeve. 2nd Rotary cutter unit cut the sleeve at proper position with help of sleeve scanner.
