Its Dynamic marking systems help increase productivity for multiple marking requirements in one system.The Solitary Advance Technology Label Dispensing System synchronizes all labeling components,so that speed can be adjusted at one point to maintain accurate labeling in sync with the entire line during the start, stop and deceleration phases Because of maintaing authentic production capacitty.

Labelling Process
Feed Ampoule on the loading tray. The feed screw collect ampoules from the loading tray and feed to the Rotary star plat indexer. Star plat indexer moves ampoule to the labeling station.

At the labeling station, Pressing belt rotates the ampoule, Simultaneously the product sensor checks the presence of the Ampoule. PLC gives command to the Label Dispenser to dispense the label.
The Pressing belt press the Ampoule at appropriate pressure and the label is stuck accurately on the Ampoule.

Then the bottle goes to the next processing.

4) Responsibility transferred to Adjustment Dept with the assembled machine.Sales will check the progress and feedback to customer.
5) After customer’s video checking/factory inspection,sales will arrange the delivery.
6) If customer have problem during application,Sales will ask the After-sales Dept to solve it together.
