SVOPP100/200/300 is hot melt glue OPP /BOPP labeling Machine. This label applicator is widely suitable for apply label on different material and size of container. The SVOPP100/200/300 has massively used modularization design concept to make it easy and quick changeover one size to other size container.The machine having advance technology gluing system. Processing of the glue is made with the role hence least glue consumption and maintenance cost.The machine is one of the most user compatible, fully protected and almost maintenance free.The machine suits for different industries for mineral water, soft drink, wine and others. Labelling Process
Feed bottles on conveyor from existing filling line or using automatic botte turntable. The Conveyor moves very smoothly to convey the bottle and feeds to the star plat.

Product sensor checks the presence of bottle at Labeling sation unwinder asssembly unwind film and will be fed to the servo roller for exacr length to be cut on the fly system & cut the label at predefined position. There are two Cutting Blades one is rotary and one is stationery on a cutting roller whcih cuts the label smoothly at predefine length. After Cutting the Label transfer from the vacuum drum on to the bottle which are travelling from the infeed star wheel in fixed position.
Bottle comes from the star plate, the vacuum drum unit transfers the label onto the bottle and the pressing pad will press the label accurately on the bottle.

Then the bottle goes to the next processing.

5) After customer’s video checking/factory inspection,sales will arrange the delivery.
6) If customer have problem during application,Sales will ask the After-sales Dept to solve it together.
