The SVML100/200/300 is a fully automatic multi-sided Sticker labeling machine.This sereis machine can be supplied with a multi-label feeder to apply front, back, top, bottom and corner labels to square, rectangular or specially shaped containers or bottles..The machine integrates a state-of-the-art, sophisticated PLC Based label dispensing system with a user-friendly sensor system for labels and products..In addition to this, label Dispenser can aslo adjust at the angle of inclination for horizontally shaped objects.
Its Dynamic marking systems help increase productivity for multiple labeling application in one system. This machine is suitable for labeling of larger size (5-15ltr) of containers, CANs,Oil Tin also.The system thus helps avoid machine downtime, saving valuable time and increasing productivity. Labelling Process
Feed bottles on conveyor or using automatic botte turntable. The Conveyor moves very smoothly to convey the bottle and The Space Creator creates a proper gap between two containers, when the container moves on the Conveyor. Bottle Orienter orient the bottle in the right position for labeling.

For Top side Labeling Application – Top position Product sensor checks the presence of bottle, when bottle present below the labeling station, the PLC gives command to the Top Label Dispenser to dispense the label on top Portion.
The bottle will moved to the Top stabilizing belt will hold under the top stabilizing belt and travel to the labeling station. This Bottle Orienter also creates the proper gap between two bottles.

Side position Product sensor checks the presence of bottle at labeling station and when the bottle is present below the labeling station, the PLC gives command to the both Label Dispenser to dispense the label.
Then the bottle goes to the next processing.

4) Responsibility transferred to Adjustment Dept with the assembled machine.Sales will check the progress and feedback to customer.
5) After customer’s video checking/factory inspection,sales will arrange the delivery.
6) If customer have problem during application,Sales will ask the After-sales Dept to solve it together.
